This master thesis was made to study the problems encountered in make-to-order manufacturing business. The practical case analysed is the order-delivery process of Complementary Systems product group as part of Nokia Telecommunications network deliveries in China. AB3:Työn tarkoituksena on selvittää ongelmia, jotka liittyväy tilausohjautuvaan toimitusprosessiin.Tässä diplomityössä esitetään ja analysoidaan nykyinen Complementary Systems tilaus-toimitusprosessi.Prosessin parantamiseksi luodaan selkeät menettelytavat tilausprosessille. |
